These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SMS Calendar ("the Service"). By texting the Service number or connecting your Google account, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Calendar is a personal productivity tool that allows you to create Google Calendar events by sending text messages, images, or screenshots to a designated phone number. The Service uses AI to parse your messages and create calendar events on your behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

By texting the Service number, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Service in response to your requests, including confirmations, errors, and onboarding instructions. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
The Service requests permission to create and manage events in your Google Calendar. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions. Revoking access will prevent the Service from creating future events but will not delete events already created.
The Service uses AI to interpret your messages and extract event details. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misinterpret dates, times, or other details. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation message before replying YES to create an event. We are not liable for incorrectly created calendar events.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVENTS WILL BE CREATED ACCURATELY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR INCORRECTLY SCHEDULED EVENTS.
You may stop using the Service at any time by replying STOP or texting DELETE MY DATA to remove your account entirely. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
